General provisions

2. Users are fully responsible for the information and content they enter and publish on the site, Nirvana Artificial Intelligence Company will not be responsible for the information and content entered and published by users.

3. Nirvana Artificial Intelligence Company does not accept criminal and filtered content and will prevent this as soon as we become aware of the publication, distribution and protection of such content; in such a case, the money received from the customer will not be refunded. And all legal and criminal consequences will be borne by the user.

4. Publishing immoral and sexual content and images, political, money laundering, support or cooperation or sale of drugs, mass destruction equipment, cooperation and support for domestic and foreign terrorist and separatist groups or any other activity that is contrary to the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran will be subject to a ban on publication, distribution and protection at Nirvana Artificial Intelligence Company. And all legal and criminal consequences will be borne by the user.

5. 8. Nirvana Artificial Intelligence Company considers itself committed to protecting the privacy of users, therefore, except by law or order of a competent judicial authority, it will not provide user information on the Nirvana Artificial Intelligence site to any person or organization.

9. The responsibility for maintaining the confidentiality of user account information lies with the user or the owner of the information. Responsibility for any incident that occurs as a result of the negligence or omission of the user or the owner of the information lies solely with him. The user hereby agrees to immediately notify Nirvana Artificial Intelligence Company of any unauthorized use of his user account and password or any security breach.

Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Any dispute regarding it, including its conclusion, validity, interpretation, termination, breach, and implementation, shall be referred to the Disciplinary Council of the Provincial Computer Guild Organization for arbitration. The opinion of the Disciplinary Council of the Provincial Computer Guild Organization shall be final and binding. The present arbitration clause shall be considered an agreement independent of the main contract and shall be enforceable in any case.
